Making a Waiting List Submission.

It doesn't matter which Instructor or School you choose, filling in a Waiting List form has become the norm now and is available on most Driving Schools websites. However, there are a few details you will want to consider and make sure you fill in before hitting the send button and sitting back and waiting for a reply.
Be careful that your & your Instructors/Schools availability can match. Think about when you are able to potentially fit a lesson in during your day or week. The more availability you can offer the greater your chances of getting an Instructor to reply sooner rather than later. When I get an opening in my diary, for example, I will go through my waiting list and find those submissions that have availability that matches up with that opening. If you leave us with 11am on a Tuesday you will wait until that exact time and day becomes available before we will get in touch with you. Keeping this in mind will help you and help your Instructor. Don't expect constant communication back and forth. We are all usually busy teaching and running businesses so we are often not able to maintain constant contact with hundreds of potential learner drivers. We also have lives, families and other commitments of our own and our time is not infinite.
Location. Sounds strange I know but make sure that the Schools that you are applying too operates in the area you live. You'd amazed how many applications we get from places that are well outside our areas of operation.
Your expectation of a call back. As I said above, as with most Instructors we are busy all day and have a lot of things to do on a daily basis. Accounts, websites, emails, Whatsapps, Facebook messages, phone calls and much more besides. Trust me on this. When the Instructor becomes available they will get in touch about your availability to start lessons.
Charges for out of 'Normal' Working Hours. Every Instructor you encounter will be busy during what we can call a standard working week. Most work between the hours of 9am and 5pm. If you are only able to take a lesson outside those times, i.e. Evenings & Weekends, you are expecting an Instructor to disrupt their personal time to accommodate you so don't be surprised if they charge more for working those alternative hours to fit in with you.
