Why Space & Time are important for your Driving.

International Licence holders... PAY ATTENTION to this!
Imagine anyone failing their test and starting to drive on the public roads with no licence.
It wouldn't be acceptable even though they have probably had a lot of training and are aware of the actual rules. Why is it acceptable for an International Licence holder to drive on when they've proved they not safe to drive on our roads?
